Changing email of MSN account

Why bother changing email of MSN account instead of simply signing up for a new one? To preserve your contact list.

Note: you can only change from a non-MS email address. Once you use MS emails (hotmail.com, msn.com, live.com, livemail.*, etc.), you can only change to another MS email but not non-MS ones. You will not be able to escape from the Empire. Apparently Microsoft does not want you to opt out easily.

Steps:

1. Go to home.live.com.
2. login.
3. click 'account' from the right of page.
4. click 'change' next to your email.
